Comprehensive Warranty Coverage for Kent Cannon Saddles

Warranty Overview

Kent Cannon Saddlery is committed to providing high-quality craftsmanship and reliable products to our customers. Each Kent Cannon saddle is backed by a comprehensive warranty designed to ensure your satisfaction and protect your investment.

Warranty Coverage

·      Tree Warranty: The saddle tree is warranted against breakage or defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. If the tree fails due to manufacturing defects, Kent Cannon Saddlery will repair or replace the tree at no cost to the original purchaser.

·      Leather and Stitching: All leather components and stitching are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This includes issues such as premature cracking, tearing, or faulty stitching.

·      Hardware: All hardware (buckles, D-rings, conchos, etc.) is covered for defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations

·      The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

·      Damage caused by improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or use of harsh cleaning chemicals is not covered.

·      The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Claim Process

1.        Contact Kent Cannon Saddlery directly with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

2.        Provide photographs or documentation to assist in evaluating the warranty claim.

3.        Upon approval, instructions will be provided for shipping the saddle (if necessary) for repair or replacement.

4.        Kent Cannon Saddlery will cover the cost of repairs or replacement for covered defects, but shipping charges may apply.
