·      All orders placed through Kent Cannon Saddlery must be paid in full before production or shipment begins.

·      Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment options.

·      Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Custom Orders

Custom saddlery orders require detailed specifications and may be subject to additional charges. Once a custom order is confirmed and payment is received, no changes can be made except at the discretion of Kent Cannon Saddlery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

·      We ship to locations within the United States and internationally, where permitted.

·      Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

·      Kent Cannon Saddlery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

·      Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.

5. Returns and Exchanges

·      Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

·      Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6. Warranty

Kent Cannon Saddlery warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Kent Cannon Saddlery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
